OTR is building a daily decision room for businesses that need intelligence but cannot employ an analyst team. No new engines are added while current release details, market checks, private safety and learning proof remain open.
Service window
Target publication is 8:00–9:00am SGT. If missed, the site must show “Delayed” within 60 minutes; a late issue keeps its real timestamp and is never backdated.
Truth first
Hold zero count conflicts, check private feedback, explain changed signals, provide correction and deletion controls, and keep market data, opinion and client recommendations visibly separate.
Commercial proof
Target 5 pilots, 3 paying clients, 30 feedback records, 10 actions, 3 value stories, 50 settled paper calls, above 95% publication consistency and zero release conflicts.
Stop condition
Reconsider after 90 days if evidence is weak.
- Fewer than three businesses will pay S$500–S$750 per month.
- Fewer than 20% of private signals lead to a useful decision or action.
- Clients do not record outcomes even with active support.
- The system still publishes conflicting release states.
- Manual research costs remain higher than realistic client revenue.
